Summer is upon us and it’s time to bare those legs, catch some sun and enjoy the warmer weather. What better way to prepare than with a challenging legs workout! This session will work all of the muscles in your legs leaving you with that lovely ‘jelly like’ feeling afterwards. We will work with high reps and a low weight. You can also do the exercises with just your bodyweight if you prefer.

So grab yourself a weight and let’s go!

Legs workout

10 exercises: 3 sets of each with 40 seconds rest inbetween each set.

Squats x20

Sumo Squats x20

Forward Lunges x20 (10 each leg)

Straight Leg Deadlifts x20

Single Leg Deadlifts x20 (10 each leg)

Glute Bridges x20

Ski Lunges/Jumps x20

Donkey Kicks x20 (10 each leg)

Finish off with two rounds of…

Jump Squats x10

Jump Lunges x10

To REALLY burn those legs out!

The two last exercises are there to use the very last of your energy and burn those muscles. If you get through that section and you still feel ok you definitely haven’t worked hard enough!
