Alternatively it makes the ideal healthy afternoon snack! Del blends our nutritious low sugar, protein coconut water with nuts, yoghurt and fruit for the ultimate burst of flavour.

 

Protein Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Banana

1 Tsp. Chia Seeds

200ml Soya Milk

50ml Plain Yoghurt

2 Tbsp. Peanuts / Nut Butter

150ml CocoPro Pomegranate

1 Tbsp. Honey (optional)

 

Method

Simply blend together all of the above ingredients and enjoy!
