CocoPro ambassador Zoe has got us drooling over this delicious, light and fruity chia pudding recipe! Combining our low sugar, protein coconut water with yoghurt and chia seeds, this is possibly the most satisfying afternoon snack we’ve had yet. It is also a great breakfast alternative to oats.

 

Protein Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

2/3 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

1/4 CocoPro Original (alternatively you can use CocoPro Pineapple and top with fresh pineapple)

2/3 Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt

Fresh raspberries to top

Drizzle of honey

 

Method

Combine the chia seeds, CocoPro and yoghurt in a bowl/glass and refrigerate for at least 3 hours (overnight is best).

Once it has set, top with fruit and honey.
