High Protein Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 Cup Greek Yoghurt

1/2 Cup Coconut Milk

1/2 CocoPro Original

1 Frozen Banana

Handful of Ice Cubes

1 Tsp. Vanilla

 

Method

Blend all ingredients in a smoothie maker/blender for 40-50 seconds until you get a think texture. If it isn’t thick enough, simply add more ice. Serve immediately with your favourite toppings.
