It’s a constant battle to find a low sugar breakfast that’s rich in protein and actually tastes good. This green protein smoothie bowl recipe from Pale Blue Plate contains three different vegetables and a dash of healthy fats. Adding a ripe frozen banana gives the smoothie enough sweetness and our naturally sweetened coconut water makes your greens taste delicious!

Using coconut water in your smoothies instead of juice can provide brilliant health benefits. CocoPro coconut water has lower sugar than your average juice and also has the bonus of added protein. It doesn’t stop there. With one carton of CocoPro you will also achieve your recommended daily intake of vitamin C – bye bye Orange juice!

You wont believe how simple this is to make – only a quick blitz and a pour! Add whatever toppings you’re feeling in the morning. Here we have gone for blueberries, pomegranate and homemade granola.
