Pomegranate Mug Cake
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 60 seconds

Recipe
3 Tbsp. Plain Flour
3 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar
Pinch Baking Powder
7 Tbsp. CocoPro Pomegranate
Toppings- chocolate sauce, pomegranate seeds and flaked coconut.

Method
Mix all ingredients in a mug until it creates a smooth batter.
Microwave for 60 seconds on a medium heat.
Remove and leave to cool for 1 minute, then serve immediately with your favourite toppings.
