Coconut, Oat & Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Makes 12 (approx. 95 calories per bite)

Recipe

1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
1 Cup Oats
1⁄4 Cup Agave
1⁄2 Cup Flaxseeds
1⁄2 Cup CocoPro Original
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Method

Mix all ingredients in a bowl until it creates a stiff mixture.
Roll into small balls and press down to create a ‘disc’.
Pop in the fridge for 2 hours to firm.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
