Chocolate & Almond Protein Muffins (Makes 12-15)
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
1 Cup Plain Flour
1⁄2 Cup Ground Almonds
1 CocoPro Original
1⁄2 Cup Chocolate Chunks
5 Tbsp. Smooth Almond Butter
4 Tbsp. Coconut Sugar
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees C and pop some bun cases in a baking tray.
In a medium bowl mix all dry ingredients until well combined.
In a separate bowl mix all wet ingredients.
Add wet to the dry and mix well to form a smooth batter.
Divide the mixture between bun cases evenly.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until they begin to turn golden on top. Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days and enjoy with self discipline..
