Rachel’s passion for movement started at a young age through attending ballet classes, before she later went on to gain her degree in contemporary dance. She continued to work as a dancer up until the age of 26, before making the transition into the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group class instructor.
In 2014, Rachel became an Animal Flow coach. She now uses this as the basis of her own daily movement practice to improve strength, mobility and mind-body connection. Animal Flow heavily influences her training methods with clients, to really focus on body awareness and integrity of movement.
Alongside personal training, Rachel also works with TRAINFITNESS as a fitness model in their T3 group workout series. She is currently based at Reach Fitness in Clapham and runs regular movement workshops.
