Adrienne is a former professional dancer in London’s West End. In 2012, she studied to become a personal trainer and fitness coach.
After becoming a Mum, she met so many women that had experienced their bodies change due to pregnancy. Adrienne started writing a fitness blog to share, learn, inspire and showcase new ways for women to lead a healthy and active life.
Adrienne now works as a personal trainer. She is a Crew Captain for the London Midnight Runners and also teaches classes at FRAME fitness and dance studio in Shoreditch.
After running a stretch and strengthening class at our first ever CocoPro event, Adrienne decided that it would be perfect to partner up with the ultimate recovery drink and were more than happy to have her on board!
